Sponsorship Cancellation Policy: You must notify SCCUA of your sponsorship cancellation 90 days prior to the date of the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 90 days but 45 days or more before the event will be subject to 50% of the Sponsorship cost. Cancellations made within 45 days of the event will be subject to 100% charge of the Sponsorship cost.
