Cancellation Policy: You must notify us of your cancellation 30 days prior to the date of the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days but 15 days or more before the date of the event will be subject to a charge of 50% of the Registration or Sponsorship cost. Cancellations made within 15 days of the event will be subject to a 100% charge of the Registration or Sponsorship cost.
