Jim Bouchard

Jim Bouchard is an internationally recognized speaker, Leadership Activist, and founder of The SENSEI LEADER Movement ™.

He provides interactive keynotes and leadership programs for credit union audiences around the world. Recent appearances include The Caribbean Confederation of Credit Unions, CUNA, CUES, and many others.

His articles are featured in CU Insight, CU Journal, CU Times, and he appears regularly on TV and radio, including such programs as CU Broadcast, BBC Worldview and FOX News. Jim also hosts Walking The Walk, a leadership podcast highlighting compassionate, engaged leaders from all areas of business, diverse cultures and experiences.

Patrick Adams

Patrick is beginning his 43nd year with the credit union movement and has worked for St. Louis Community Credit Union for the past 32 years. Patrick was appointed CEO/President of St. Louis Community Credit Union in January, 2008. His efforts today focus exclusively on the strategic direction of SLCCU.

The credit union has witnessed substantial growth while maintaining high levels of financial strength. They currently maintain the highest level of name recognition/brand awareness among St. Louis city residents.

St. Louis Community Credit Union has 60,000 plus members and is one of the most active Community Development Financial Institutions in the country. SLCCU focuses on serving the stressed and distressed communities of St. Louis City and near County. The credit union employs 190 people, 90% of which reside in those same stressed and distressed communities. With the credit union’s 17th branch, SLCCU has an office within two miles of 98% of the St. Louis City population.

Patrick has spoken worldwide with companies for over 25 years. Based on your mood, Patrick is either motivating or aggravating. His presentations are informative and urge people to have the “ah-ha” moments that lead to success.

Julia Landauer

Julia Landauer is a NASCAR racer and 2-time champion from New York City. With dozens of wins across different series, Julia has set records since she was 10 years old, including becoming the highest finishing female in NASCAR K&N Pro Series’ history in 2016. She currently races in the NASCAR Pinty’s Series. Away from the track, Julia graduated from Stanford University in 2014 with a bachelor of science degree. While at school she was also a contestant on the TV show SURVIVOR. Julia gave her first talk at TEDxStanford and has since shared her stories with many audiences. Julia is an honoree of the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and has spoken at Fortune’s Most Powerful Women’s Conference. Julia also serves as an external advisor to various companies. In developing her brand and business, Julia has collaborated with companies and organizations such as Spotify, Disney, and the One Love Foundation. As Julia continues to develop her career and brand on and off the track, she uses her platform to advocate for STEM education and women’s empowerment.

Tim Harrington

Author, consultant and speaker Tim Harrington has worked with credit unions in 49 states, Canada, Jamaica, Mexico, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. His progressive ideas and broad knowledge of credit union issues has made Tim a valuable resource for credit unions nationwide. Tim has spoken to tens of thousands of credit union volunteers and staff and continues to inspire them to improve their credit unions.

Since 1996, Tim has been President of TEAM Resources, a firm providing consulting, strategic planning, and training to credit unions from coast-to-coast. TEAM Resources’ clients range from a few million to the billions in assets.

Tim’s book Eisenhower on Enlightened Leadership has inspired and delighted credit union and non-credit union readers nationwide. Tim has a Keynote presentation on the book that guides people to realize that leadership skills can be developed. He uses the fascinating example of General Dwight D. “Ike” Eisenhower as he inspired American and Allied troops to bounce back and drive toward victory after being soundly beaten at the start of World War II.

In addition, Tim’s book A Credit Union Guide to Strategic Governance has helped boards and CEOs keep a strategic focus at the board level, develop a system to help boards strengthen their governance skills, and while remaining on the Strategic Level, help push their credit union to greater success.

Tim was formerly a partner with the nation’s 3rd largest auditor of credit unions, known today as CliftonLarsonAllen. He has been working with credit unions since 1989 when he directed the internal audit of a large credit union in Tucson, Arizona. Prior to that, he was with a national accounting firm and has been practicing accounting and consulting since 1980. Tim was also appointed to the board of a troubled credit union. As chair, helped the credit union dig out losing $2 million per year to earning nearly $2 million a year within a short period of time.

Because of his knowledge, wit and unpretentious delivery, Tim is a much sought-after speaker in the credit union movement. Tim has made presentations at conferences for CEOs, Directors, Supervisory Committees, lenders, marketers, and many more. Tim is on the faculty of the CUNA Finance for Non-Financial Managers and Volunteers School, CUNA Volunteer Certification School and CUNA Management School.

Tucson, Arizona has been home for Tim since 1980, but he is a native of Montana. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. He has also attended universities in Morelia, Michoacan, Mexico and Florence, Italy and speaks several languages.

Jessica Jackle

Jessica is an entrepreneur and investor focused on financial inclusion, the sharing economy, and social justice. She is best known as a cofounder of Kiva, the world's first p2p microlending site, which has facilitated >$1B in loans since its founding in 2005. Jessica currently teaches entrepreneurship at USC, is an investor with the Collaborative Fund, and serves on the international board of Habitat for Humanity, among others. She has an MBA from Stanford, BA from Bucknell, certificate from Harvard, and is the author of CLAY WATER BRICK: Finding Inspiration from Entrepreneurs Who Do the Most with the Least (Random House). She lives in Los Angeles with her husband Reza Aslan and their three young sons.

Jeneé Rawlings

Jenee has worked for Yolo Federal Credit Union in the Sacramento Valley for 30 years, spending many of her formative credit union years in Human Resources and Operations. She graduated from Western CUNA Management School in 1996. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus in Organizational Psychology and received her Master’s in Business Administration from Arizona State University. Jenee is a proud Rotarian and is involved with many volunteer activities throughout Yolo County including board positions with a local hospital, a multi-level assisted senior living campus, and several chambers of commerce. She recently helped establish the Sacramento Valley Sister Society Chapter of the Global Women’s Leadership Network, a program of the World Council of Credit Unions.

Charles Wiggington

Since being hired in March 1992 as Vice President/Chief Operating Officer was promoted to President/CEO in December 2006.

As President/CEO, oversees all operations -- which include loan and share growth, delinquency and charge-off control, member relations, employee career development, setting the vision and direction of the Credit Union.

Charles’s prior years in the banking industry began in 1977 and have included experiences at Security Pacific National Bank, three major savings and loan institutions and Bank of America.

Charles is native of Indianapolis, Indiana and graduate of California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts.

Dave Roughton

Dave Roughton is the President/CEO for SAFE Credit Union (SAFE) in Folsom, CA. SAFE is a $2.9 billion locally owned and managed not for profit, cooperative commercial and consumer financial institution serving nearly 230,000 members with 700 employees and 22 branches throughout the Sacramento metropolitan area. Prior to joining SAFE in 1999, Dave worked for Arthur Andersen LLP for more than 7 years in its Business Consulting and Audit practices. Dave is a CPA; he earned an MBA from the University of California, Davis, Graduate School of Management and a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, Whittemore School of Business & Economics. Dave is active in industry and community affairs through his volunteer work with several organizations. Currently, Dave volunteers his time as a member of the California Credit Union League Board of Directors and as the Board Liaison to the League’s Regulatory Advocacy Committee. Dave is also a former Director and Board Chair of Member Business Lending, LLC located in Salt Lake City, UT.

Dave serves as the Treasurer and Director for the Board of Directors of the Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce, is a Director and Past Chairman of the Board for The First Tee of Greater Sacramento and serves on the Align Capital Region Board of Directors.
