CANCELLATION POLICY:
You must notify SCCUA of your sponsorship cancellation 90 days prior to the date of the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 90 days but more than 45 days before the event will be subject to 50% of the sponsorship cost. Cancellations made 45 days or less from the date of the event will be subject to 100% charge of the sponsorship cost. Gold sponsorship option includes SCCUA 2026 membership. All sponsorships due before event date, 5/13/26.
